Dr. Saurabh Garg
Dr. Saurabh Garg is an accomplished academician and legal scholar with over 17 years of teaching and research experience in the field of law. Currently serving as Dean Academics and Dean, Faculty of Law at Tantia University, Sri Ganganagar, he also holds the position of Professor and Research Supervisor.
He holds a Ph.D. in Intellectual Property Law, along with LL.M. (Commercial Laws) and MBA (HR), and has made significant contributions to legal education through teaching, curriculum development, and academic administration. His areas of expertise include Company Law, Law of Contract, Taxation, Intellectual Property Rights, and Corporate Finance.
Dr. Saurabh Garg has an extensive publication record in reputed journals and has authored multiple books on law and related subjects. He has actively participated in national and international seminars, conferences, and workshops, contributing to discussions on contemporary legal and policy issues.
